Legacy Preserve is located on the east side of Montesano Mountain, just four miles from Huntsville Hospital. These are some the best quality lots that we have had available in many years. Each of the lots has mature hardwoods, and are much larger than most lots in the Huntsville market and most have a gentle slope. While these are large lots, the hardwoods allow for natural areas that can be left in their natural state and reduce landscape maintenance. We have both uphill, down hill, and lots sloping left to right.
